Sales Agent Position
Join Our Team as an Outbound Agent or IB Agent!
Responsibilities:
• Acquire detailed product knowledge about all outbound campaigns.
• Promote client products, services, and features to enhance and preserve the client-customer relationship.
• Apply appropriate promotions and verify customer details in the billing system.
• Handle non-sales outbound work, including service calls, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
• Provide customer service for agents who prefer not to do sales, focusing on solving problems and helping customers.
• Handle Inbound (IB) calls for those interested in focusing on customer support without sales.
• Adhere to all department policies and guidelines.
• Be accountable for the entire sales process, from initiation to order entry.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistent effort.
Essential Duties:
• Navigate the client billing system and follow the call flow process (ability to multitask).
• Use basic computer skills and knowledge to handle customer queries.
• Address and resolve problems in real-time during live calls.
• Display empathy and provide a thorough account/bill analysis to customers.
• Maximize retention opportunities by offering competitive pricing, addressing service issues, and performing competitor analysis.
• Notify management of any pricing discrepancies or challenges encountered.
• Stay up to date on new offer changes, consumer complaints, and requests.
• Be prepared to escalate client complaints to management when necessary.

• Onsite paid training with classes conducted every two weeks (starting Mondays).

Qualifications:
• Must be able to pass a background check. • High school diploma or equivalent (Must). • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or non-sales outbound work is preferred but not required. • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to engage customers. • Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. • Proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools. • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Dependable and on time is a must! Punctuality and reliability are key to success in this role.
