Sales Consultant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explains type of service or products offered.
• Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
• Quotes price and encourages customer to buy and/or pay back balance.
• Secures and accurately places orders with others for completion and arranges delivery date; records verification of customer order.
• Accurately enters names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system.
• Collects data to facilitate payments.
• Accurately fills information required to enter order into client billing systems.
